AP: EditorController

Adds a simple editor to vrecko and allows for the basic use of editing abilities based on ControllableAbility (which is also a part of this plug-in).

ControllableAbility allows a very simple use of DynamicMenu and thanks to  the EditorController can automatically activate itself based on user’s command and determine the pointer position, key presses etc.
